It is advisable to use an SPF of 30+, each morning before you are exposed to day light (we are not just exposed to UV rays when we go outside but also through windows) & especially after using the YUZU Cleansing Scrub as your skin may be more prone to sensitivity to UV rays due to some of the naturally occurring properties in the citrus oil.
